Grade 7 and Junior High School

Admission Guidelines

For Returning Students

  • Submission of final SF9 (Report Card)

  • Satisfactory Deportment Grade

  • The Prefect of Studies may require completion of summer remedial classes at SLC prior to enrollment if deemed necessary

For New Students

  • Submission of final Form 138 (Report Card) upon application for entrance examination

  • Minimum final grade of 80%, with no subject grade below 75%

  • Satisfactory Deportment Grade (B or higher)

  • Written Recommendation Letter from the Principal or a Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • Completion of the official Registration Form

  • Full payment of all applicable testing and registration fees

Additional Requirements for Elementary and Secondary Levels

Admission to these levels is based on academic performance and conduct. Applicants must submit:

  • A fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (issued by the school)

  • Report Card (SF9) with the following criteria:

    • No final grade lower than 80% in Science, Math, and English

    • General average of at least 80%

  • Conduct or deportment rating of B or higher

  • Letter of Recommendation from the Principal or Certificate of Good Moral Character

For new applicants, admission is based on entrance examination results, academic qualifications, and the timely submission of all required documents.

  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Philippine Statistics Authority)

  • Final Report Card (Form SF9)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
